Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Universal Remote TV for Samsung TV application ("App", "we", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & Usage

• The App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its features solely for controlling Samsung TVs.
• You may not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

2. User Data & Privacy

• Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect personal data except as needed for basic functionality and support.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for the privacy of your information.

3. App Functionality

• The App connects your mobile device to your Samsung TV using your local Wi-Fi network.
• Some features may require access to network settings; all connections and commands are executed on your local network, not on external servers.
• Standard remote control functions are provided "as is" and may vary depending on TV model and software versions.

4. Limitations & Liability

• The App is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Samsung Electronics or its partners.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all Samsung TV models, or error-free performance.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• If you subscribe to premium features or auto-renewing subscriptions, your payment and cancellation rights are managed by Apple's App Store policies.
• Subscription information (title, length, price) is always disclosed prior to purchase. You may manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and branding within the App are owned by their respective owners. The App's interface and functionality are the intellectual property of us, the developer.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Updates & Changes

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in-app and on our website.
• Your continued use of the App means acceptance of any updates.

8. Termination

• We may terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App from your device.
